In addition, she has negotiated and drafted executive employment agreements, publishing agreements, and information technology consulting and licensing deals. She has represented writers, writer/producers, producers, actors, directors, distributors, studios, and production companies. She has been engaged on projects ranging from low budget independent films to high budget studio releases, and all forms of television shows from series, movies, and specials, to reality TV. Her expertise includes the following kinds of agreements: option/purchase of literary material, writer, writer/producer, term/overall producer, actor test options, actor, director, director of photography, special effects, facilities, personal services, infomercial, casting, costume, lighting, network development, and licensing, and other production related deals.
