Gabriel Henriquez joined the California State Bar in 2013 and the New York State Bar in 2016. For over a decade, he focused his practice on complex commercial business litigation, with experience litigating shareholder derivative and class action lawsuits, as well as real estate, trust & estate, and intellectual property matters. During his career, Mr. Henriquez has worked extensively in state and federal courts across the country. Moreover, he has been central to the resolution of contractual disputes worth several hundred million dollars. At McPherson LLP, Mr. Henriquez practices in the area of entertainment law with a focus on the music business.
Mr. Henriquez is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he co-founded the Critical Legal Scholars Association and served as its vice president. He earned his LL.M, with honors, in International and European Business Law from the Université Lyon III in France. He also clerked for Judge Kelvin Filer at the Superior Court of California.
