Ed McPherson made a presentation on October 29, 2019 to members of the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI), managers, and songwriters on the benefits of obtaining E&O insurance for copyright cases. With the recent spate of jury verdicts against (and appellate court reversals of jury verdicts in favor of) high profile artists in copyright matters, the presentation helped inform the attendees about important coverage for copyright claims.
