On November 24, 2021, McPherson LLP successfully defeated a Motion for Preliminary Injunction filed in a trademark action. While the tentative ruling issued a few days earlier was strongly in favor of granting the motion, after vigorous argument by McPherson LLP partner Ed McPherson, the Court later reversed its tentative ruling and denied the motion for preliminary injunction, ruling that the Plaintiff had not demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits.
